For now, refer to the Importing Cases and Load Files topic in the Answer Center.
An entire Case File can be imported into the active Case File. When using this method, the following data is imported from the target Case File:
•All Metadata Fields that do not exist within the current Case Database.
•The path structure of the Case Directory, which will be re-created within the currently selected folder of the active Case Directory.
The case-to-case import method is performed through the Import CloudNine LAW Case window. This method is disabled for Turbo Import cases.
Import CloudNine LAW CaseTo open the Import CloudNine LAW Case window from the Main User Interface, use the Menu to select File > Import > CloudNine LAW Case.
•Import - Begins importing the selected Case File. Once finished, the Import Status window will open, with a count of the total number of Records Imported. Click OK to close this window and finish the import. •Cancel - Closes the Import CloudNine LAW Case window without importing a Case File. |
The load file import method is performed through the Select Load File to Import File Explorer.
Select Load File to ImportTo open the Select Load File to Import File Explorer from the Main User Interface, use the Menu to select File > Import > Load File.
