Any Case File with Electronic Discovery enabled and ED Loader selected will have access to the ED Loader tool. This tool is used to import electronic documents into a Case Database. Using ED Loader may also require additional setup within the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook to work as desired.

After you've created an ED Loader enabled Case File, your first step before using the utility will be to configure your ED Loader Settings for the case.
