Added support for OST 2013

Installation

Product keys and license files can now be activated using the command line utility.

License Manager

The command line utility can now be used to activate product keys and license files.

NIST(NSRL) Filter

The NIST (NSRL) Filter now functions like deduplication. When you enable the NIST(NSRL) filter, you can select one of the following actions for the import to take when a NIST(NSRL) record is detected:

Include (Log record). Creates a record for the duplicate in the database and copies the native file into the case folder.

Partially exclude (Log record but do not copy file). Creates a record in the database but does not copy the native file.

Exclude (Do not log record or copy file). Does not create a record, no text is extracted, and the native file is not copied to the case folder.

TIFF/PDF Conversion

Added support to bypass conversion on JPEG files

Added option to fall back to shell printer on failure of native application printer

Certified for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11

Known Issues

Batch Processing

32-bit images are not supported.

Installation

A message stating the Operating System is not presently configured to run this Application may be displayed during installation on Microsoft® Windows 10 with Office 2016 installed.

LAW TSI

An ActiveX component cannot create object message is displayed while launching LAWtsi when UAC is turned on. Please contact customer support for a work around.

Main Form

Unicode edocument titles may be stored incorrectly in the Title field.

Certain MSG files may result in HTML character codes in the extracted text.

OCR

OCR text may not be displayed as expected after canceling an OCR migration. Re-run OCR migration and allow the process to complete.
