The Reload button saves any changes made in the FYI Admin Console and also refreshes the tree view on the Management tab's Tree side tab with any synchronized updates.

When you are working on the Management tab in the FYI Admin Console, make sure that you click the Reload button before leaving the tab to ensure that all changes are saved.
