Handling a Lost Client Secret

When a client secret is lost, it is lost forever.  This situation requires you to generate a new client secret.

To generate a client secret, delete the lost secret from the application registration then follow the steps to create a new client secret.

If you generate a new client secret, be sure to capture all the credential details and provide again to your e-Discovery Admin.  CloudNine Collection Manager will need to be configured to use the new set of credentials.
