The following Variables can be applied to a custom Bates number:

 &[Page] - The current page number.

 &[Pages] - The total page count.

 &[Page ID] - Page ID for each page. Requires Page IDs to be defined by the user.

 &[BegDoc#] - The Page ID for the first page of a document.

 <CR> - Inserts a new line break/return.
