Data may be coded at the same time the document is scanned. For efficiency purposes, coding at scan time is performed when the same value will exist for multiple records such as a Box or Folder label.
To Code at Scan Time
1.Select the folder in which documents will be scanned. 2.Place the document in the scanner feeder. 3.Enter the values you need to populate. 4.Press F3. The new document is scanned and the field is populated accordingly.
