Expanded the Output settings from the Explore

•Allow users to enable or disable nested filename for archive items

Expanded the Explore to contain Bulk Family Tagging

•Bulk document tagging is static.

•Search tagging is dynamic.

Allow Explore to push data to existing Turbo cases.

NOTE: Upgrade testing to 7.13 only occurred on 7.10 and above.
