The CloudNine™ Explore Answer Center requires Internet access to view its contents. If you click the Online Answer Center menu selection on the Help menu in CloudNine™ Explore while you are working offline, you will get the Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage message.
When you are working online or offline, you can click the Help Topics menu selection on the Help menu in CloudNine™ Explore to view the compiled version of the CloudNine™ Explore Answer Center (Explore.chm file) that is installed with CloudNine™ Explore. The compiled version of the CloudNine™ Explore Answer Center allows you to view most of the LAW and CloudNine™ Explore Answer Center contents offline. When CloudNine™ Explore is installed, the Explore.chm file is added to the CloudNine™ Explore installation directory, and is not updated after installation.
Sometimes updates are made to the CloudNine™ Explore Answer Center content in between CloudNine™ Explore releases. When updates are made, a new Explore.chm file is generated and can be downloaded and saved to your local computer. You can manually update the Explore.chm file in the installation directory by overwriting the installed copy with the updated version downloaded from the CloudNine™ Explore Answer Center.
If you want to download the latest version of the Explore.chm file, but do not want to overwrite the Explore.chm file in the installation directory, you can just download the file to the desired directory, such as your desktop, and double-click the Explore.chm file to open the file.
