Enhancements

Improved import speed

•Improved import performance for .dat, .opt, and text up to 70% of current speeds with better progress indicator.

•Improved document and email text extraction means faster, more complete imports.

Database Connection

•Added the ability to Sort by Matter, Database, or Status in the Select Database to Open window.

•Added the ability to filter by typing the name of the Matter, Database, or Status in the Select Database to Open window.

Database Administration

•Ability to overlay/append an opt file of new images to an existing database.  

•Ability to write production numbers and the output production path to fields in the database during the native file production process.

•Improved the Administration Console's Management tab.  Manage associations with Clients, Matters, User Groups, and Databases with available and selected columns as an alternative to the drag and drop method.

Printing

•Separator and Synopsis sheets have CloudNine and Concordance Desktop Viewer removed from the header and footer.  Synopsis sheets are titled Concordance Desktop Document Synopsis.

Resolved Issues

•Resolved an issue where the All Users Group could not be removed once it has been added to a matter.

•Resolved an issue where User Groups added to the All Users Group matter could not be removed.

•Resolved an issue where duplicate entries were displayed under the All User Group matter in the Admin Console.

•Resolved an issue where the list of User Groups would not re-expand after synchronizing.

•Resolved an issue where new sort layouts were not saved.

•Resolved an issue where databases in the Smart Path directory are not automatically registered following the autoscan.

•Resolved an issue where the ATTACHRANGE prefix is duplicated when an MSG file is appended to an Email and Attachments database if the CNDCN prefix was customized during the initial import of a PST file.
