Enhancements

Ability to import text using a field within the load file

•When an OCR path field is populated in the DAT file it can be selected as a method of importing text into Concordance Desktop OCR field(s).

Export CCITT Group 4 black and white tiff images

•Concordance Desktop will now export all black and white tiff images with CCITT Group 4 compression.

Load file import performance improvements

•Import performance improvements.

Resolved Issues

•Resolved an issue where Concordance Desktop produces the error message "Unhandled exception error occured" when the import button is enabled on the DAT import window if the IMAGEKEY field from the drop down is selected and then emptied.

•Resolved an issue where leaving the maximum volume size to "0 MB" in the production wizard causes one file to produce to every volume folder and one volume folder to be created under every file folder.

•Resolved an issue where a license could not be reset if the license was activated by double clicking the Concordance Desktop shortcut.

•Resolved an issue where the Print with Attachments feature caused an error.

•Resolved an issue where the Index option was not checked after modifications were made to the fields and/or punctuation list under the File > Modify menu.

•Resolved an issue where the CIB must be selected before exporting it to an opt.

•Resolved an issue where Concordance Desktop crashed if a snapshot which exceeded 258 characters was saved twice.

•Resolved an issue where the Initial Browse Path is not reflected after restarting Concordance Desktop.

•Resolved an issue where the handshake chooses the wrong version of SSL.

•Resolved an issue where the error message “Program not found!” was displayed for converted databases after clicking on Documents > Acrobat Print.

•Resolved an issue where persistent search terms are not highlighted when printing documents with Key Words in Context (KWIC).

•Resolved an issue where the error message “The database file is busy” is displayed during printing and the error message “Production Core Phase: ABORTED!” is displayed during productions if the database name contained a period.

•Resolved an issue where added menu items were not visible to users on workstations.
