File System to Review: Filtering - Mailstore
1.Under the Mailstore tab, review all the PST files that were added to your data set. The number of messages contained within each PST file, along with their total file size, is displayed under the Contents column.

Navigating to the Mailstore tab causes all selected mail-stores to be opened, analyzed, and have their contents retrieved. This process may take several minutes. |

If one or more corrupt PST files were found, then you will be notified at this time. Please refer to the Troubleshooting topic for more information. |
2.Click the arrow to the left of each PST or folder to expand/collapse its contents. You can include or exclude separate PST folders or sub-folders by checking or clearing their boxes under the far-right column.

appearing within a PST file's check-box indicates that one or more folders contained within that PST are currently excluded from processing.

Discovery Portal automatically excludes every PST folder that does not contain messages. These folders cannot be manually selected. |
