Discovery Portal can create new Review Cases on the fly during the CloudNine Case stage of various work-flows. These cases are temporary, and will be created once the upload has commenced.
The following work-flows have access to this feature:
File System to Review - CloudNine Case
ESI Analyst to Review - CloudNine Case
LAW to Review - CloudNine Case
Concordance to Review - CloudNine Case
Explore to Review - CloudNine Case
1.While on the CloudNine Case stage of any work-flow, click thebutton at the top-right. This will open the Create new case window.
2.On this screen, you'll enter a Case Name and choose a Time Zone for your new Review Case. This can be achieved by doing the following:
a)Type the desired case name directly into the Case Name box.
b)Use the Time Zone drop-down to select the desired time zone for this case. Your current time zone will be selected by default.
Case Names •Do not allow for special characters <>:/"|?*\.'%#}{!@+=`~$^()[];,&— •Are limited to 30 characters •Are prevented from from being created with a duplicate name |
3.Once you've provided a name and time zone for the new Review Case, click Create at the bottom-right to create this case.
4.Your new Review Case will appear listed under the Case Name list on the CloudNine Case stage.
New Review Cases listed in this manner are temporary, and will only be created at the Upload stage once Start Upload has been clicked. |
