The first step in using the Collection Manager is determining what type of collection you will be doing - single account, or multiple mailboxes within an organization. Select:
oSingle Account if you have login details for a single user to collect.
oMultiple Mailboxes if you want to collect data from more than a single user within the same organization.
Click Next to provide connection details based on your selection.
