Off Server Database Creation

•Administrations can now create databases from all workstations.

Access Control Logging

•Audit logging for Concordance Desktop Administrators including timestamps, username and action taken.

Ability to generate an attachment range for production images

•Attachment ranges that express the family relationships of produced documents can be populated from production numbers.

Search for Documents with Redactions

•Ability to search for documents with one or more redacted pages in Concordance Desktop Native Viewer.  Search results can be tagged or reviewed by the user.

Ability to create placeholder images for unsupported file types or missing images during production

•A new option is available to create placeholder image files that are unsupported or unavailable for production.

CDV Printing now allows you to increment header and footer stamps

•Able to auto-increment field data for headers and footers.

Resolved Issues

•Resolved an issue where the All Users Group could not be removed once it has been added to a matter.

•Resolved an issue where User Groups added to the All Users Group matter could not be removed.

•Resolved an issue where duplicate entries were displayed under the All User Group matter in the Admin Console.

•Resolved an issue where the list of User Groups would not re-expand after synchronizing.

•Resolved an issue where new sort layouts were not saved.

•Resolved an issue where databases in the Smart Path directory are not automatically registered following the autoscan.

•Resolved an issue where the ATTACHRANGE prefix is duplicated when an MSG file is appended to an Email and Attachments database if the CNDCN prefix was customized during the initial import of a PST file.
