Enhancements

Export production control statements to a log file

Ability to export a log file including errors in control statements.

Option to overwrite data for production fields

Ability to append or overwrite existing data in the production number fields.

Name Production images after an existing field

Option to use existing field values to number production images.

Update image base with new load file

Ability to overwrite image path based on the contents of an image load file.

Enhanced Database Administration Settings

Ability to omit new databases from the All Users Group Matter in the Admin Console.

Resolved Issues

Resolved an issue where the OPT file that was exported from the CIB file included the paths to the native files instead of the paths to the imagebase files.

Resolved an issue where the path in the imagebase could not be updated in an E-docs database.

Resolved an issue where native files were not exported when "copy attachments with notes" was selected while exporting as a Concordance Desktop Database.

Resolved an issue where activating a new server license does not properly update licensing in the Admin Console.

Resolved an issue where the PARENTDOCID field was not automatically mapped in an Email & Attachments database if the Customize button was selected in the import wizard and the PARENTDOCID was not manually mapped.

Resolved an issue in E-docs databases where the error message “MODDATE value is empty” appears in the log file although the field is populated in the database.

Resolved an issue where the log file was not properly updated when the OCR field selected during the import phase did not contain the correct path to the text files.

Resolved an issue where document names that contain a tilde would interfere with attachment numbering and log an error.

Resolved an issue where databases were not registered through the Admin Console if the file path contained special characters.
